Fair Lawn, NJ

Description

The SPP Offline Course is a half-day, hands-on program designed to provide a comprehensive and practical introduction to the latest trends in digital dentistry.

Running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, this course goes beyond traditional lectures—each participant will actively engage in the full digital workflow through guided, hands-on experience.

The program begins by helping clinicians assess their current position within the digital dentistry landscape, covering the complete workflow from intraoral scanning and treatment planning to design, 3D printing, and emerging technologies such as photogrammetry.

Participants will then gain direct experience using intraoral scanners to troubleshoot common clinical errors, perform AI-driven crown design, and execute full-arch scanning using photogrammetry. The course concludes with the fabrication phase, where participants will produce their own restorations using 3D printing, followed by post-processing procedures including cleaning and curing. A demonstration of full-arch prosthetic finishing—featuring gingiva staining and glazing—will complete the workflow.

The goal of this course is simple: to help clinicians understand, experience, and confidently apply digital workflows in their daily practice.

Course Objective
